RYAN was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1976.  Education:  Loyola University (A.B., magna cum laude, 1973): University of Illinois (J.D., 1976).  Assistant State's Attorney, Vermilion County, 1976-1980.  Chairman, Vermilion County Merit Commission, 1990-to present.  Member:  Danville Election Commission, Danville Sunrise Rotary, Vermilion County and Illinois State Bar Associations, and member of the law firm of Dukes, Ryan, Freed & Meents, Ltd. since 1980. Currently licensed to practice before all Illinois State Courts, the Federal Court in the Central District of Illinois, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States of America.

KELLY M.
